AGNÈS JUDES APPOINTED DIRECTOR OF TALENT AND SPECIAL OPERATIONS AT CANAL+
Agnès Judes has been appointed Director of Talent and Special Operations at CANAL+, effective September 2025. She will report to Jean-Marc Juramie, Deputy Managing Director of CANAL+ France in charge of Programs and Channels.
In her new role, Agnès Judes will lead a dedicated unit focused on welcoming, supporting, and promoting Talent. CANAL+ has always been a home for creativity and Talent, maintaining strong and unique relationships with them. Many have launched their careers on its channels, and numerous others have been supported throughout their journeys, growing alongside CANAL+ over the years. This historic bond is a major asset that the group aims to strengthen and enrich.
This unit will aim at reinforcing existing relationships and forging new ones. Its mission: to welcome, support, retain, identify, and promote the Talent of the CANAL+ group, in close synergy with the relevant teams. Agnès Judes will also continue to oversee Special Operations, a role she has held since 2021.
Agnès Judes began her career at CANAL+ in 2003 as a Program Advisor. In 2008, she was appointed Head of Programming, overseeing shows such as Le Grand Journal, Le Petit Journal, La Nouvelle Édition, Le Supplément, and Groland. In 2021, she became Director of Special Operations, notably in charge of the César Awards Ceremony and other major festival-related events and broadcasts (Cannes Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, CANNESERIES…). Agnès Judes holds a degree in Modern Literature (Paris IV-Sorbonne) and a Master’s in Media Management (Sciences Po Paris).
