Appointment of Amandine Ferré

Amandine Ferré has been appointed Chief Financial Officer in charge of the IPO project. She has held the position of Director of Business Development China at STUDIOCANAL since 2023 and will now report to Grégoire Castaing, Deputy CEO of CANAL+ Group in charge of Finance and Strategy.

This appointment is part of the ongoing study of the feasibility of the plan to split Vivendi into several entities, each of which would be listed on the stock market, as announced on December 13th, 2024.

Amandine Ferré was the Chief Financial Officer of Dailymotion between 2017 and 2018 and the Chief Financial Officer of CANAL+ Tech between 2021 and 2023. In 2023, she was appointed as the Director of Business Development China of STUDIOCANAL. Amandine is a graduate of Télécom ParisTech and HEC. Before joining the CANAL+ Group in 2010, where she initially held positions in Strategy and International Business Development, she spent 4 years as a strategy consultant at the firm Roland Berger.
